• Lived experiences that are currently underrepresented in our community (mainly d/Deaf, visually impaired, disabled and working class young people)

• People from areas of Bristol where there tends to be less opportunity (eg Hartcliffe & Withywood, Lawrence Hill and Filwood)

• Artists with a strong thread of activism to their work

WHAT COMMUNITY MEANS TO US

We know it’s hard navigating a broken system where you have to fight to carve out space for yourself and successful creative practice. As underrepresented creatives, we know it can feel lonely.

We exist as an agency, not to gate-keep but because we know there’s strength in numbers. That's why, together, we do the work of creating and finding meaningful opportunities you might not get on your own and we’re intentional about creating spaces where we can challenge the harmful demands of the creative industries

• Under 30

• Someone who self identifies as underrepresented in the creative sector

• A person with a creative practice that you can share in whatever format feels good for you (i.e instagram, website, pdf etc)

• Passionate about changing the world
