Impact Report 2021-2022

Celebrating Failure

Impact reports have become a space for bragging and we're not really into that.

So we wanted to use this Impact report - in the first year of Euella and Jess' Co-Directorship - to tell you about our successes sure, but also what we've learnt along the way.

We hope this shows how admitting you're not perfect is important, and that taking risks and making mistakes are necessary steps in getting to where you want to be.

So, what's your proudest failure this year?

TLDR: We Learnt a Lot of Sh*t

Our themes of the year were: care, change and collaboration. For each of these we have reflected on what we implemented and what we learnt, about:

  • Vocalising the importance of care through our #WhoseFuture campaign

  • Resourcing racial and social justice through RRJ and Our Culture

  • Rolling with change - in the team and the world as we emerged from covid

  • Transitioning from our Founder to two young Co-Directors

  • Collaborating with partners from all over the country!
